Iris Baloglou is an Executive Coach, Mentor, Supervisor, and Marketing Consultant with over 36 years of professional experience and more than 3,500 hours of coaching worldwide. A PCC, CMC Mentor Coach, and ICF Assessor, as well as Senior Practitioner Coach and ESIA Supervisor with EMCC, she brings depth, clarity, and professionalism to every coaching engagement. She is the founder of IRIS‑SCOPE, offering executive coaching, mentoring, supervision, and leadership consulting to leaders, organizations, and fellow coaches.

Open Supervision Session offers ICF Greece Chapter members the opportunity to explore real coaching cases through a structured supervision process. Participants may join either as Supervisees, presenting their own coaching cases, or as Observers, gaining valuable insights through collective learning, reflection, and professional dialogue.

This interactive and supportive session provides a safe space for deeper learning, enhanced coaching practice, and ongoing professional development within the coaching community.
