The Embodied Coach | Leveraging Somatic Capabilities for Deeper Client Breakthroughs

Coaching is not only shaped by what we know or the questions we ask, but by how we show up. This experiential workshop introduces coaches to the foundations of embodiment and somatic coaching, exploring how a coach’s own embodied presence influences trust, listening, awareness, and transformational change.

Participants will experience the impact of becoming more embodied, gain an understanding of the role of the nervous system in coaching, and explore the principles of integrating body awareness into coaching conversations while remaining within the ethical boundaries of coaching. The workshop combines experiential learning with practical tools that participants can immediately apply in their coaching practice.
