Qualify as an ICF Mentor Coach — 10-Hour Mentor Coach Education (MCS, Prior Learning Path)
From 1 January 2027, mentoring ICF credential candidates will require the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS). This live program provides the 10 hours of mentor coach education needed for the MCS through the Credit for Prior Learning path, built around the 2024 ICF Mentor Coaching Competencies.
Across four live online sessions, experienced mentor coaches refresh and sharpen their practice against the current competencies, through demonstration, real practice, and feedback in a small peer group. On completion, you receive a certificate of completion and a competency-mapping document to include in your MCS application.
