Physical Intelligence: An Embodied Neuroscience Approach to Coaching in Complexity
Physical Intelligence® is an embodied neuroscience approach that helps coaches work more effectively with complexity, uncertainty, and sustained pressure. Rather than relying on cognition alone, this experiential workshop explores how neurochemistry shapes thinking, decision-making, presence, and behavior. Participants will learn practical techniques to regulate stress, build trust and psychological safety, and help clients access greater clarity, creativity, and resilience. Through simple embodied practices, they will experience the TEE framework (Trust, Expand, Evolve) and discover how body-based interventions can be integrated naturally into coaching conversations. Closely aligned with key ICF Core Competencies—including Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Cultivates Trust and Safety, Maintains Presence, Listens Actively, and Facilitates Client Growth—this session equips coaches with practical tools for supporting leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity.
