MentorPath Essentials Path – 42 Hour Mentor Specific Training
Ready to earn your full ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) through the Standard Path with depth, live experience, and the personal attention that turns your specialization into confidence.
MentorPath Essential begins with 5 live Foundational sessions focused on the observational skills, feedback frameworks, and competency lens that great mentor coaching requires.
Next is 9 live group sessions with Jille digging into your specialized mentor coaching skills in a series of deep, reflective conversations.
ICF requires your 41 hours to be at least 50% Live, so this program includes:
21 LIVE hours that are interactive and fully aligned to the ICF Standard Path MCS requirements at the ACC, PCC, or MCC level.
21 Asynchronous hours that you personalized by choosing from our asynchronous library and including your level-appropriate BARS or Markers training that will complete the experience on your own schedule, at your own pace.
Space is limited to 15 students.

Your Async Library - Personalized to You
Your required (by ICF) BARS or Markers training at your credential level (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is included in this program and will sharpen the evaluative precision that separates good mentor coaches from exceptional ones. (you can take one, two or all three of the required BARS or Markers Training)
Beyond the required courses, the library is yours to explore and take to complete your 21 hours of asynchronous training. Choose Bias Awareness in Evaluation, Ethics and Legal Foundations, Reflective Practice for Mentor Coaches, The Business of Mentor Coaching, and more.
You may transfer in up to 14 hours of asynchronous hours, including your required (by ICF) BARS or Markers training at your credential level (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
