Dr. Aikyna Finch

Dr Finch is a passionate DEIB leader, educator, and strategist committed to creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. As the Vice President of DEIB for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she leads global initiatives that champion equity and belonging. With a Doctorate of Management and advanced degrees in technology and marketing, Dr Finch merges data-driven strategy with human-centred leadership. She is also a TEDx speaker, author, and certified coach.

Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah

Coach Scofray is Africa's foremost neuroscience-informed ontological transformational executive coach. He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Advanced Certified Team Coach, Certified Professional Corporate Trainer, Professional Certified mBIT Master Coach, and Professional Certified mBIT Trainer.

He serves as the President of the ICF Ghana Chapter, a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, UK, and the lead consultant for Zoweh Global Consult, with nearly two decades of combined experience and over 3500 coaching hours dedicated to empowering and transforming lives.

Malcolm Fiellies

Malcolm Fiellies, PCC, is the Regional Director for Europe and Africa at the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest and most globally recognized professional body for coaches. In this role, he partners with leaders, chapters, and coaching communities across two continents to expand the awareness, credibility, and adoption of coaching as a catalyst for organisational and societal transformation.

A strategic thinker with a deep commitment to professional excellence, Malcolm leads regional initiatives that strengthen ICF’s visibility, membership growth, and impact. He works

Dr Jennifer Koster

Dr. Jennifer Koster is the DEIB Manager at the International Coaching Federation, where she leads global engagement strategies, supports member resource groups across regions, and develops inclusive learning experiences that reflect the evolving needs of the coaching profession.
She works closely with the VP of DEIB to build alignment and expand programming that fosters equity, access, and belonging. With a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition, an ACC credential, and a background in higher education, Jen brings clarity, strategy, and a touch of humor to every project.

Emily Margeret Nwankwo

An executive coach and the VP of the Ghana Chapter of ICF, familiar with the ICF network and with a good working relationship with the continental Chapter Director. She has experience as an executive in the private sector and large multinational organisations, including the African Development Bank (AfDB), Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA), the World Agroforestry Center (ICRAF of the CGIAR), and the Population Council, and currently coaching individuals and institutions across Africa.
