Advance to PCC + Team Coaching: ICF Level 2 with 75 AATC Hours | September 2026

Advance from foundational coach training to confident professional, executive, systems, and team coaching in Tandem Coaching Academy’s 162-hour live virtual ICF Level 2 program. Built for coaches pursuing PCC-level capability, Elevate Coaching combines MCC- and PCC-led instruction with demonstrations, deliberate practice, observed coaching, written feedback, mentor coaching, coaching supervision, and PCC-level performance evaluation. Your Level 2 pathway includes 75 ICF-accredited AATC team-coaching hours—one integrated route to deeper one-to-one coaching and work with teams and organizations. Choose the September US and Europe cohort, meeting Mondays from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central. Graduates receive Tandem’s Level 2 and AATC completion documentation. ICF awards the PCC and ACTC separately after applicants meet its experience, examination, application, credential, and other requirements.

US and Europe cohort, Central Time: Module 1, September 7-28, 2026; Module 2, October 5-26; Module 3, November 2-23; Module 4, December 7-28. Each module meets weekly on Mondays from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM Central Time. Phase 2 systems and team-coaching modules follow on a flexible schedule. The complete program includes 162 accredited hours, including 75 AATC team-coaching hours.
