Ma. Cristina P. “Tina” Sioson, ACC, is President of the Philippines Charter Chapter of ICF, a leadership coach, speaker, and human capital consultant. A former Vice President for Human Resources within a leading telecommunications organization in the Philippines, she brings extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, successor development, organization design, and business transformation. She has coached leaders across organizational levels, from first-line managers to CEOs and board members, helping them translate reflection and insight into meaningful action.
