CoachPath Academy’s – MentorPath Core Path to Mentor Coach Specialization
The ICF Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) credit for prior learning path requires coaches to complete Core Competency training in mentor coaching, and MentorPath Core Path is designed to meet that requirement. This 10-hour CCE program gives coaches a focused, practical foundation in the skills and competencies that distinguish mentor coaching from regular coaching practice. You’ll explore what makes mentor coaching distinct, how to structure mentor coaching conversations, and how to hold both the coaching relationship and the evaluative lens required for MCS work. This course is a hybrid of self-study and live sessions so you have time to learn and process what you are learning together with your peers.
