Professional Certificate in Systemic Executive Coaching – Claristrat Core Method™

The Claristrat Method™ is an exclusive, 12-week ICF-accredited certification for senior leaders who want to coach other executives with systemic depth rather than basic dialogue techniques.

It integrates adult development theory, systems thinking, neuroscience, and depth psychology into a disciplined framework for driving transformation through human complexity.

Target Audience: Exclusive, vetted cohorts restricted to 6-8 senior operators.

Delivery: Live virtual (2 or 2.5 hrs) blending live instruction, peer practice, mentor coaching, and real client work.

ICF Credentials: 110 or 175 instructional training hours and all required mentor coaching included.

Participants may upgrade into the 24-week Advanced Certificate (ICF PCC pathway) during the first six weeks.

Personal Insight: Your own personal Claristrat coach and a Hogan Assessment mapping your style, drivers, and derailers.

Post-Graduation Growth: 12 months of high-impact sales coaching and supervision with an MCC coach.
