Coaching Resilience in the age of FUD & VUCA – 6 CCEs in Core Competencies

This course is designed to empower coaches with the skills and knowledge needed to build resilience in leaders and organizations, especially in an age marked by constant change and unpredictability.

Over three sessions, participants will explore key ICF Core Competencies and learn how to apply them to foster resilience, adaptability, and psychological safety in their coaching practice.

Learning Outcomes: Articulate the concept of resilience and its relevance in today’s rapidly changing and uncertain environment. Recognize the psychological and emotional aspects of resilience, including stress response, adaptability, and recovery strategies. Integrate ICF Core Competencies—such as building trust, powerful questioning, and creating awareness—into resilience coaching practices. Employ specific techniques, such as reframing, mindfulness, and cognitive restructuring, to help clients enhance their resilience in the face of FUD & VUCA.
