The Greece chapter of ICF serves as a professional community for coaches in Greece. It promotes high coaching standards, continuous professional development, ethical practice, and public awareness of coaching through events, learning opportunities, and community initiatives.

Krysta Tzelepi

KRYSTA TZELEPI, M.A., MCC is a seasoned solution focused leadership & team coach, facilitating growth in executives and teams. She is the founder, Managing Partner of Treasure Lab PC, an International Faculty Member of Solution Surfers and a Celemi business partner for Greece & Cyprus. Krysta has also been trained as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, a certified IC Agile coach, is an Authorized Team Facilitator by Team Coaching International – TCI and in 2019, she became a PCC Assessor, for the ICF.

Anna Kirikou

Anna Kirikou is an ICF Credentialed ACC Coach with over 20 years of experience in business operations, marketing, and organizational leadership.

She is an active member of the ICF Greece Chapter, currently serving as Head of the Communications Committee and as a member of the Peer & Professional Development Committee. She previously served as General Secretary of the Chapter’s Board of Directors (September 2024–December 2025).

Anna is also a Faculty Member at HRE Global Academy, contributing to professional learning and development.

Greece and Cyprus Peer Coaching Session 3

Two Chapters. One Coaching Community.

International Peer Coaching brings together the Greece Chapter of ICF and the Cyprus Chapter of ICF , creating a shared space for learning, practice, and meaningful connection

Together, we strengthen the coaching profession by learning from one another, exchanging perspectives, and growing as a connected professional community.

This is the 3rd session of an ongoing Peer Coaching Program, specifically designed for members of the ICF Greece and Cyprus Chapters who joined the program from its beginning.

3rd session’s agenda is about the future perspective and moving forward.

***Participation is exclusively available to members of the two organizing ICF Chapters.
