Greece Chapter of ICF

The Greece chapter of ICF serves as a professional community for coaches in Greece. It promotes high coaching standards, continuous professional development, ethical practice, and public awareness of coaching through events, learning opportunities, and community initiatives.

Krysta Tzelepi

KRYSTA TZELEPI, M.A., MCC is a seasoned solution focused leadership & team coach, facilitating growth in executives and teams. She is the founder, Managing Partner of Treasure Lab PC, an International Faculty Member of Solution Surfers and a Celemi business partner for Greece & Cyprus. Krysta has also been trained as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, a certified IC Agile coach, is an Authorized Team Facilitator by Team Coaching International – TCI and in 2019, she became a PCC Assessor, for the ICF.
With studies in Psychology and an M.A. from Tufts University, Krysta started her career

Anna Kirikou

Anna Kirikou is an ICF Credentialed ACC Coach with over 20 years of experience in business operations, marketing, and organizational leadership.

She is an active member of the ICF Greece Chapter, currently serving as Head of the Communications Committee and as a member of the Peer & Professional Development Committee. She previously served as General Secretary of the Chapter’s Board of Directors (September 2024–December 2025).

Anna is also a Faculty Member at HRE Global Academy, contributing to professional learning and development.

Greece and Türkiye Peer Coaching Session 3

The International Peer Coaching initiative connects coaches from the Greece Chapter of ICF and the Türkiye Chapter of ICF in a shared space for learning, practice and meaningful dialogue.

Together, we strengthen our coaching skills, broaden our perspectives and build a professional community that goes beyond geography.
Because coaching has no borders.

3rd session’s agenda is about the future perspective and moving forward.

***Participation is exclusively available to members of the two organizing ICF Chapters.

This is the last session of an ongoing Peer Coaching Program, specifically designed for members of the ICF Greece and Türkiye Chapters who joined the program from its beginning.
