Karsten Drath

ICF PCC, EMCC Master Practitioner

Karsten holds a degree in engineering and an MBA; he is a certified executive coach and alternative practitioner specialising in psychotherapy, as well as an author, lecturer and speaker.
Karsten has more than 15 years’ leadership experience in various international roles. He works with senior managers and their teams to improve the efficiency and resilience of leadership.
He is one of the managing partners at Leadership Choices GmbH and a co-founder of the Cosmikk Foundation.

Karsten also teaches at the WHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Carolin Zeller

Carolin has got over 30 years’ international experience: Until 2019, she worked at SAP as a Learning & Development Expert, playing a key role as an in-house coach, mediator and global leadership trainer. Her responsibilities included design and implementation of innovative projects like the LEAP female leadership programme – an initiative that supports female leaders and helps them realise their full potential.
