Holiday Intensive – Mentor Coach Specialization 42 Hour Essentials Path
MentorPath Essentials is a 42-hour Mentor Coach Training program that trains coaches to become MCS-qualified mentor coaches via the ICF Standard Path, including BARS/Markers work. You’ll build the skills and competencies to deliver mentor coaching at a professional standard, while holding both the coaching relationship and the evaluative lens MCS work requires. This program blends live sessions with self-study and elective work, giving you time to learn and integrate alongside your peers. Become confident in your mentoring evaluation & feedback skills as you serve as a guiding light in our profession.

This course is designed for coaches pursuing the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) credential via ICF's Standard Path. If you're seeking to build mentor coaching skills from the ground up, including BARS/Markers training, and fulfill the required hours toward MCS through this pathway, MentorPath Essentials meets that need. 21 hours async and 21 hours live, with practice for everyone, all centered around the ICF Mentor Coaching Core Competencies. Open to coaches at the ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.We meet from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and then again from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. on December 18, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30 with one make up session available on December 31. This is your chance to get this work done effiencently and effectively.
