Becoming Masterful
You cannot change what you are not aware of.
Becoming Masterful allows you pause, notice where you are and explore how you wish to continue on your own path of mastering the craft of coaching.
Mastery is in the simplicity. Your relationship with the core principles of coaching is the backbone of your mastery.
Whether you’re a newly qualified or seasoned coach, Becoming Masterful is an opportunity to return to your foundations – to pause, reconnect with the essence of coaching, and deepen the mastery of what you already know.
With curiosity and self compassion you are invited to:
– refresh your understanding of what it means to stay in the role of coach
– deepen your trust in the coaching process and what makes it effective
– release what dilutes your ability to be at ease in your unique coaching style
– renew your self belief and self confidence as a coach
Discover what becomes possible when you become disciplined in simplifying the coaching fundamentals.
