Become a Mentor Coach
Mentor coaching is entering a new era, and BAM was built by the coaches who saw it coming.
Most coaches earn their Mentor Coach Specialization through the minimum. BAM asks for more — not a higher bar for its own sake, but because the profession deserves mentor coaches who can listen beneath performance, give feedback without diminishing, and protect what makes coaching work.
BAM Certificate includes a full practicum with a qualified mentor coach, culminating in the Certified Advanced Mentor Coach designation — built for coaches who see mentor coaching as a discipline, not just a credential.
BAM Lite offers the same rigorous curriculum and live community, without the practicum commitment — ideal for experienced coaches ready to deepen their education on their own terms.
Both paths address the real problem: inconsistent mentoring, uneven standards, and education that teaches to the test rather than to the craft.
Join us to discover which path is yours.
BAM Lite — $1,500 USD — includes the full curriculum and live community, concluding in the BAM Certified Mentor Coach designation, with a Letter of Attestation verifying 4 of the 5 required CPL mentor coaching clients.
BAM Certificate — $2,500 USD — includes everything in Lite, plus a supervised practicum, concluding in the Certified Advanced Mentor Coach (CAMC) Levels 1 and 2 designation, with attestation for all 5 required clients.
Pricing is in USD; CAD + applicable taxes apply for Canadian participants.
Facilitated by Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC, CEC, and Lerae Gidyk, MCC.
