Become a Coaching Supervisor: Coaching Supervision Mastery, AACS-Accredited | March 2027

ICF now defines what a qualified coaching supervisor is, and from January 2027 ACTC applicants need new supervision hours with a supervisor qualified under the Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS) or equivalently accredited. Coaching Supervision Mastery is Tandem Coaching Academy’s 72-hour live virtual supervisor training, accredited under ICF’s Advanced Accreditation in Coaching Supervision (AACS) and built around all eight ICF Coaching Supervision Competencies. In 16 weekly two-hour classes, you learn one named supervision technique at a time, see it demonstrated live, then practice it under observation. You work in a standing practice trio with rotating partners, receive six hours of supervision on your own supervising, and design your own capstone technique. Led by Cherie Silas, MCC and EMCC ESIA accredited supervisor. Cohorts of 9 to 12. For coaches with an active ICF PCC or MCC. Your record of completion is the qualifying education for your CSS application.
