Festival 2026: Opening Keynote guest session BEYOND RESILIENCE: The Courage to Listen for What Wants to Emerge

In a world obsessed with answers, the greatest leadership and coaching challenge may be learning again how we listen.

Not merely listening to clients, colleagues and stakeholders, but listening to ourselves, to relationships, and to the wider systems we are part of.

This opening session explores why resilience is not simply the ability to withstand pressure, and more the capacity to remain present in uncertainty long enough to hear what life, work and our organisations are asking from us. Drawing from our relationship with ourself first, our coaching practice, our systems thinking and human development, Saima invites participants to consider how deeper listening creates stronger relationships, wiser action, and more sustainable impact.
