Group supervision on ethical practice and coaching mindset

Group Supervision uniquely provides a space for collective reflection and learning through the cases of colleagues and from each other.
The event will consist of two parts. In the first part, the participants will have the opportunity to learn:
What is the supervision and its functions
In the second part, they will practice reflection in a group supervision format.

The participating coaches will be provided with the possibility
– to reflect their cases, including ethical ones,
– to explore the depth of their coaching mindset
– to explore the breadth of their coaching work through three focuses: self as a coach; relationship with the client/colleagues; influence of the system/context in which the client/coach/colleagues work.
