ICF Washington State

ICF Washington State is a Charter Chapter of the International Coach Federation formed in 1998. As a coaching community, ICF Washington State is a non-profit professional organization of over 850 coaches who partner with individuals to identify satisfying life or career choices or with teams and individuals to create dynamic workplaces that thrive on collaboration, communication and change to create sustainable, high-performing work environments.

Dr. Anu Taranath

Dr. Anu Taranath is a speaker, author, educator, and racial equity consultant who partners with a range of people to deepen conversations on history, harm and healing. A University of Washington Seattle professor for the past 20+ years, Dr. Anu knows that the most compelling conversations on race, identity, power, and belonging take place when people feel valued and heard. She has received the Seattle Weekly’s “Best of Seattle” recognition, the University's Distinguished Teaching Award, and multiple US Fulbright Fellowships to work abroad.

Farah Harris

As a mental health practitioner and consultant, Farah is aware of the intersectionality between well-being, equity, and inclusion. She is a sought-after expert on mental health, psychological safety, workplace culture, and emotional intelligence. Her work has been featured in media and podcast platforms such as Forbes, Fast Company, Business Insider, Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Essence, Good Morning America, Martha Stewart, Thrive Global, and Therapy for Black Girls.
