KG is the Founder of The Human Conversation. She serves as a DEI strategist and Netherlands Chapter Leader at the European Women on Boards (EWOB); board member of the Professional Speakers Association Netherlands; and Global Diversity Council member at the International Coach Federation. KG has helped transform organizations across industries in APAC, EMEA, and North America. KG has MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), LLM from the University of Virginia, and practiced as an attorney in the US. She is an international speaker and author with three books published.

This workshop is the second half of a two-part series designed to help coaches feel confident and prepared to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. You’ll learn about cultural nuances, explore practical communication tips, and discover ways to make your coaching practice more inclusive.

The session is 2 full hours. CCEs are awarded for completion as follows: 1.5 CC; .5 RD
