AI in Team Coaching Series: A Futurist’s Perspective

This session, part of the AI in Team Coaching Series, explores the emerging role of artificial intelligence in team coaching through a futurist lens. Sam Isaacson will invite participants to examine how AI is reshaping leadership, team dynamics, and learning cultures—and what this means for the future of coaching practice. Blending systems thinking, live demonstrations, and reflective inquiry, the session creates space to explore both the opportunities and tensions AI introduces into complex team systems.

Through the lens of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, the session will consider how coaches can remain grounded in ethical practice, presence, and partnership while engaging with rapidly evolving technologies. Participants will reflect on how AI can support—rather than replace—the human capacities at the heart of coaching, including trust-building, awareness, and relational depth.
