Milind is the Chief Human Resources Officer at KEC International, an RPG Group Company.

A Senior, strategic & seasoned Human Resources Leader with 29 years of diverse experience across Manufacturing, Real Estate, FMCG, Logistics & Public Sector Organisations., His areas of work include Coaching & Leadership Development, culture building, Organisation Development, Change Management, Employee engagement, and Leading transformation.

Prior to KEC, Milind has served in Ceat Limited (an RPG Group Company) Godrej Properties, Godrej Hershey, DHL Express, Cadbury, Johnson & Johnson.
