John Serrao, MCC Mentor Coach

John is a Leadership and Executive Coach who is passionate about partnering with individuals to enable them to grow to who they want to be in their personal and professional lives. He brings 35+ years of experience as a leader, consultant & coach.

His functional domains include Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, and People Development. He has extensive exposure to global markets, having extensively worked in several countries in Asia & Europe and the US.

Through his 14 years of coaching, John has coached executives and senior leaders in corporate and not-for-profit organizations.

Vijayalakshmi S, MCC MP President - ICF Chennai Charter Chapter

Vijayalakshmi is a Master Coach & Mentor, an experienced Management Consultant and a certified Systemic & Team Coach. She has 3000 hours of coaching experience; her specialities include Executive, Leadership, Wellness & Conflict coaching, working with individuals, teams & businesses.

She was Chair of the ICF India Conclave 2021 and was awarded special recognition as ‘highly commended’ in the EMCC Global Coaching Awards.

Viji has a rich background in Human Resources & Law and is an accredited Mediator. She is a Coaching Evangelist and the Founding Volunteer leader of CoachesForYou
