Being Trauma Aware: Coaching LGBTQ+ Clients

LGBTQ+ population face personal, societal, and political challenges throughout their life cycle and daily experiences. The primary goal of this learning lab is for us to look at the impact of trauma on the LGBTQ+ communities and how we as coaches can create space where individuals can fully engage in the coaching process.
