BIPOC Coaches Connect – Mentor Coaching and Coach Supervision

We invite you to attend BIPOC Coaches Connect, a quarterly online gathering for BIPOC coaches to meet, connect, and co-create a vibrant BIPOC coaching community. Through this series hosted by the Equity Working Group of ICF Washington State, you will have various opportunities to connect with other BIPOC coaches and to engage in discussion around topics that will support you and your clients.

The theme of this BIPOC Coaches Connect event is mentor coaching and coach supervision. What is mentor coaching? What is coach supervision? What is the difference? How can mentor coaching and coach supervision help me grow and develop as a BIPOC coach? We will spend time learning more about these areas of growth as a coach, and as well as in small groups exploring and tapping into other resources of coach development tools that you are aware of as BIPOC Coaches.
