Building Coaching Cultures: Inside and Out (a roundtable discussion)

During this interactive roundtable we will explore the intersection between internal and external coaching cadres as a way to build sustainable, organizational coaching cultures. We will have two presenters, Hans-Peter, the former Global Head of Leadership and Coaching at Nestlé, and Marc Durfraise, MCC, who currently serves as the EMEA Master Coach at LHH. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Jessica Conser.
