COACHING AND EXECUTIVE PRESENCE, 3 Workshop Series

In today’s fast-paced and complex world, a coach’s effectiveness depends not only on skills but on their presence—the ability to stay grounded, clear, and fully engaged—where coaching and executive presence intersect to build trust, influence, and impact. The ICF Israel Chapter presents a three-part interactive workshop series that expands the ICF Core Competency of Coaching Presence into leadership contexts, exploring psychological safety, embodied awareness, and real-life applications in meetings, presentations, and difficult conversations. This highly experiential program offers practical tools, real-time practice, and somatic exploration for coaches and leaders to strengthen their own presence and support clients in high-stakes environments
