Coaching Atelier Lausanne : Super-vision in Coaching with Willem Jan Hofmans, MCC
This workshop will introduce participants to coaching super-vision. It will cover the definition of coaching super-vision as well as distinguish it from coaching and mentor coaching. Participants will be introduced to the 7-eye model of coaching super-vision and will see coaching super-vision in action during a live demonstration. Ideally, at least one participant will bring a current client case that they would like to bring to supervision and are willing to be supervised on during this workshop. Participants will be allowed to actively participate during the workshop, reflect on what they learn, and ask questions.
