Coaching for Social Impact: The Brindavan Ignite Project

The Brindavan Ignite Project is centered on coaching and neurodiversity, making coaching accessible to educators in a differently abled school. Brindavan Education Trust’s (BET) work over the past three decades stands out for being anchored in the principle of Acceptance, with the goal of Inclusion. Acceptance—by teachers, parents, families, and society— as the first step to empower students who learn differently. This Ignite project introduces coaching to its educators and leadership team to prepare for the next phase of the organization’s growth.
