Pro-bono Coaching for Teacher Educator

A pro-bono coaching activity for ICF Bangkok members and non-members. An online 1-on-1 coaching for 70 graduate students of educational administration program, Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University. The coaching clients are teacher educators and school administrators from private and public schools, and professors from universities pursuing a higher degree in Education.
The project aims to raise awareness of ICF coaching, the power and impact of coaching in maximizing people potentials. Additionally, it aims to enable the client to have direct experiences in coaching. ICF Bangkok and the Faculty members expected for the graduate students to gain the benefits and value of coaching.
