Dr. Jennifer Koster

Dr. Jennifer Koster is a DEIB strategist, educator, and ICF-credentialed coach whose work sits at the intersection of equity, coaching, and inclusive practice.

As DEIB Engagement Manager at the International Coaching Federation, Dr. Koster leads global engagement strategy, designs inclusive learning experiences, and develops programming that helps coaching professionals move from good intentions to grounded, actionable practice. Her work spans allyship, cultural humility, privilege and power dynamics, and building inclusive curriculum.

Sarah Masoud

DEIB educator, speaker, facilitator, and strategist serving as the DEIB Training Coordinator for the ICF Global DEIB Department. Holding a Master’s degree in International Affairs and more than 10 years of experience in the DEIB field, she has developed workshops and DEIB strategies for nonprofits, corporations, and educational institutions. Her work is deeply informed by seven years spent supporting immigrants and refugees in resettlement, as well as her experiences as an Arab American Muslim woman.
