Coaching Science Community of Practice – Embracing Complexity: Navigating Gender Diversity in Organizations Through Gender-Sensitive Coaching Practice

Join the ICF Coaching Science Community of Practice and Dr. Christine Vitzthum on November 8, 2023, from 1-2:30 p.m. (New York) for an intriguing session exploring the limitations and perpetuation of the male-female binary divide and an introduction to the concept of coaching with gender-sensitivity. Christine will support us in understanding the concepts of belonging and uniqueness in coaching, define the intentions, roles, and responsibilities of organizations, and discuss social change through gender-sensitive coaching practices. There will also be practical recommendations for implementing gender-sensitive coaching initiatives.
