Coaching Supervision: A Key Skill for Developing and Supporting Coaches

Coaching Supervision is not widely known among coaches in Thailand. This workshop aims to educate coaches in Thailand to have awareness and also learn about Coaching Supervision, its importance and its applications.

The event will consist of three parts. In the first part, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the following topics:
– What is Coaching Supervision?
– Why do Coaches Need It?
– What are the differences between Coaching Supervision and Coach Mentoring?
– Coaching Supervision Models and Methods
– How to do Coaching Supervision Practice? (Hands-on Practice)

In the second part of the event, there will be a breakout room for all participants to have the opportunity to practice coaching supervision and Q&A before closing.
