Coaching Supervision: Experience Coaching Supervision Through Three Lenses

ICF Philadelphia is excited to announce that we will be offering Coaching Supervision Demonstrations. Ken Giglio, Principal of Mindful Leadership Consulting, and a certified coach supervisor, will be leading supervision groups along with Lynn DeLay, Certified Coaching Supervisor, based on Mindful Leadership’s Tri-Lens Coaching Supervision Model™. The sessions will be tailored toward the unique challenges that come with coaching situations for coaches working with clients internally or externally. These virtual Supervision Demonstrations will be offered twice in 2023 and will include 1.5 hours of demonstration.

Coaching Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of the coaches, their clients, and their organizations (adapted ICF definition).
