Competency 1: An ICF Requirement or Your Personal Choice?

The session is built around ICF Core Competency 1 “Demonstrates Ethical Practice” which is explored from two angles: individual coaching and team coaching. It covers the competency’s components for both individual and team coaching using real-world ethical case studies to explore where the lines of ethical approach actually lie in coaching practice. The session closes with a personal reflection exercise where participants define their own ethical standards through guided questions. They will leave with a personal, articulated ethical stance (“My Ethical Charter”) they can carry into practice.
