Competency 7

This session will deep dive into the expectations of Competency 7 at the MCC level; discussing the interlacing of this competency with the others; and exploring HOW to actually do it. The MCC minimum Skills document talks about using powerful questions, analogies and metaphors, but where do you get these from? Because ICF also says that a coach who cannot move away from prepared questions, structures or models will never be awarded mastery.
