Conscientious Inclusion Coaching Workshop

This session is a powerful learning experience designed to help coaches deepen their awareness, strengthen their impact, and bring equity into every part of their coaching practice. This session explores how identity, culture, and power shape the coaching relationship, offering practical tools for creating braver, more inclusive spaces where clients can truly thrive. Through real conversation, reflection, and strategies you can apply right away, you’ll expand your coaching lens and walk away feeling more aligned, more intentional, and more capable of serving diverse clients with confidence and care. Future sessions will be led by Dr. Brian Arao on the 2nd Wednesday of the month, quarterly. Participants will receive 1 CC and 1 RD.
