This session features Organisational Development Consultant and Certified Transactional Analyst James Longwell exploring how Transactional Analysis (TA) provides a rigorous and practical framework for contracting in team coaching. James will examine why contracting is often where team coaching interventions succeed or unravel, and how attending to explicit, psychological, and relational contracts enables coaches to work more ethically and systemically in complex organisational contexts. The session supports practitioners in reframing contracting as an ongoing, dynamic intervention rather than a one-off event.
