Randa Karime is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with extensive experience in people development through her previous positions as HR manager and consultant in various organizations across the Levant &GCC . As a coach and corporate trainer, she specializes in career and performance coaching where she supports her clients during their strategic career transition and partners with them by motivating them to reach their highest potential while holding them accountable to attain their desired goals.
