She is the Founder and CEO of Courageous Leaders, a talent development firm dedicated to changing conversations and increasing organizational capacity. As a Master Certified Coach, Carissa has invested over 5,000 hours coaching leaders across corporate, government, and academic spheres. She is also Director of Coach Development for the Center for Coaching Excellence and an instructor at The Academies. She served as President of ICF San Antonio and currently supports the chapter in building strategic partnerships across Texas.
