Creating Psychological Safety, Connection, Belonging and Trust: A Community Building Taster Session with Edward Groody

This event will cover the four stages of the Community Building process and the “Guidelines for Communication”. The main focus, will be experiential exercises, reflection and dialogue – an inside experience and direct sense of what makes this approach so distinctive and impactful.

Community Building is a rare and powerful group process that creates exceptional levels of trust, psychological safety, belonging and engagement across differences.
