Understanding the added value of ICF Coach Certifications

Many leaders and professionals aim to become coaches either for an alternative profession or simply for a better and more impactful leadership. The short presentation aims to offer insights on the value of becoming a certified coach and engage in the journey of lifetime development under the Golden Standard of coaching and the Coade of Ethics from ICF. The workshop will differentiate between ICF levels of certification, the value of continuous development and how the core competencies of profesional coaching evolves through the process of profesional certification with ICF. The workshops aims to clarify both for coaches or other professionals what gives value to such professional journey, what to expect and how to get prepared for it.
