She’s the president of Coaching and Artificial Intelligence task force and was vice/president of the Thought Leadership Institute (ICF Global).She founded and runs 2 coaching companies (Paris and New York).She coaches international executives and management teams, developing organizational change projects and leading large groups by leveraging collective intelligence.She founded Group Coaching Institute,a coaching school that blends individual, group and team coaching with innovative methodology. Anna has written 3 books and to Forbes

Ethics in the digital age of AI

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of artificial intelligence technologies related to their applications in coaching. Then, they will have an overview of the ethical considerations for example, concerning biases, privacy, dependency, and loss of agency. Given these issues, the conference dedicates a space to what are today’s AI regulations and what ICF is doing to inform and protect our community.
