Cultural Humility ***A TWO HOUR SESSION***
Core Competencies 1.5 CC, .5 RD ***WORDLY Translations will be available***
This workshop is the final of the three-part series that explores how coaches can create inclusive, ethical, and culturally responsive practices. The session introduces cultural humility as a lifelong commitment to self-reflection, openness, and awareness of bias rather than a finite goal of “competence.” Participants examine the impact of their own social identities on coaching relationships, explore strategies for interrupting ethnocentrism, and practice centering the client’s lived experience as the source of expertise. Through discussion, case studies, and reflection, participants learn to apply a cultural humility lens to coaching that honors diversity, equity, and trust in the client–coach relationship.
**This class is offered every month on the Fourth Thursday at 12 PM EST/NY. If you can’t make this session, you can register ahead**
