DAISI™: A Deeper Dive into Core of Humanity
“One year ago, Dr. Frederick C. Sanders introduced the DAISI™ model, which stands for Dignity, Agency, Integrity, Stewardship, and Intimacy. Since then, many diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives continue to struggle to make an impact. In many cases, DEI work as a whole is under attack. The DAISI™ model offers a fresh approach to refocus DEI efforts to advance authentic human connection and organizational development.
