Diagnostics in Team Coaching Series: Transforming every team in your organisation

This session launches the Diagnostics in Team Coaching Series by exploring the story behind teamSalient Enterprise—why it was created, how it has evolved, and what it reveals about team effectiveness in today’s organisations. Prof. Declan Woods and Andy Duncan will share their journey of developing and applying a psychometric approach to team coaching, offering insight into how diagnostic data can be used to transform team dynamics, strengthen collaboration, and deliver measurable organisational impact.

Through the lens of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, the session will explore how diagnostics can enhance a coach’s ability to cultivate trust and safety, maintain presence, and facilitate client awareness at both individual and team levels. Participants will be invited to consider how data-informed insights can be integrated into coaching conversations while maintaining a client-centred, ethical, and relational approach.
