DO GOOD when conflicts of interest arise

We will propose a decision-making framework to provoke insights into potential conflicts of interest in complex, unexpected circumstances. We will facilitate the use of the
framework in a specific case study.
-Learning objective 1: The participants will learn what a conflict of interest is, to focus their listening on noticing potential conflicts of interest for further investigation.
-Learning objective 2: The participants will apply powerful questioning to gather relevant information and to provoke the clients’ critical thinking as a basis for potentially difficult decisions and courageous action.
