This interactive session invites participants to learn from shared experiences and vulnerabilities on the journey of building a coaching business. It integrates the ICF Core Competencies, encouraging coaches to apply these markers to their own growth as they navigate challenges and embrace the coachpreneur journey—balancing their passion for coaching with the realities of running a successful business.

The session begins with a personal story, exploring key decisions such as defining a niche, creating offerings and pricing, and leveraging tools. Participants will learn practical strategies, including video creation, blogging, and conducting a ‘network audit’ to enhance visibility and connections. Using the Coachpreneur Thrive Wheel, participants will reflect on their progress and design meaningful actions aligned with their values and goals.
